Apex Real Estate
The Apex downtown district reflects a quaint small-town atmosphere which attracts people and businesses to the thriving Triangle area. Apex was one of the earliest new towns to develop around the state capital of Raleigh. The current town motto "Apex, Peak of Good Living" not only captures the name's significance, but also speaks to the fact that water falling on one side of Main Street flows to the Neuse River, and on the other side it flows to the Cape Fear River.

The Town of Apex hosts many annual events to entertain the children and residents of the community, including the "Peak Week Festival" in May that celebrates "The Peak of Good Living," the Today and Yesteryear Festival in September, and a huge Christmas Parade. Apex also boasts 10 parks and community centers, providing a variety of recreational opportunities.
Apex is served by the Wake County School System which boasts the best overall SAT scores in the state. A high percentage (about 70%) of Wake County students continue on to college.
